BOOKING INFORMATION

Course Information Sheets

Before the start of your course you will receive an information sheet that includes details of any materials you may need.  Please do not purchase materials until confirmation is received that the course is viable.  The organiser can not be held responsible for such expenditure should a course have to be cancelled.

Cancellations

Although the aim is to run all the courses in this leaflet as advertised, it may be necessary to cancel a course in exceptional circumstances, or where numbers do not meet minimum requirements.  In this case the full fee will be refunded.
 
If you cancel a booking at least 28 days before the start of a course, the fee will be refunded less a £10 administration charge. No refunds can be given in the case of cancellations less than 28 days before the starting date of courses or workshops.

Health and Safety

Students should take reasonable precautions to maintain their personal safety when in the Granary and Castle area where the steps and ground may be uneven, or when they are working off premises in the local area.

Liability

No responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage to students’ belongings or personal effects.  The safekeeping of money and valuables is the responsibility of the individual student.

Data Protection

The information you provide when booking will not be shared with any other organisation.
