Welcome to Granary Arts at Skipton Castle 2009-2010

You will find many exciting new workshops and courses in the following pages, all taking place in the historic setting of Skipton Castle.  Among which are: Art Appreciation, Sculpture, Jewellery, Yoga, and  two very special evenings: Beer Tasting in December and a picnic with English Wine Tasting in July.  Early booking is advisable for these events.

I am delighted to welcome Ruth Issett back for an exciting three day course in August, and in the spring, two workshops with Jenny Rayment, who has a very lively and innovative style of teaching stitchery and fabric manipulation.
 
A list of local hotels can be provided for those who want to combine a workshop day with a longer visit to the area, and a chance to explore this historic market town set on the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.
